Registration & Payment: Secure your spot with a 20% non-refundable deposit within 10 days of booking. Full payment is due 90 days before your adventure begins. Missed payments may result in cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 12 weeks forfeits deposits. Late arrivals or early departures won’t be refunded. Unused portions due to fitness, ability, illness, or choice won’t be reimbursed either.
